Together, these improvements help businesses ship with more clarity, transparency, and confidence\u2014especially when managing complex orders or cash-based delivery workflows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-3399a0190e17e5d97a26769ce193783c\"><strong>\ud83d\ude80\u00a0New Features &amp; Enhancements<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Multiple-Item Shipment Support<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Users can now create shipments containing multiple parcels directly through the <strong>Ship<\/strong> and <strong>Atlas<\/strong> panels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each parcel must be registered individually via the <strong>Add Parcel<\/strong> option, including its own weight (mandatory) and dimensions (optional).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This update enhances accuracy in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Downstream operational workflows<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Weight calculations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Price estimation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Label generation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Label Issuance for Multi-Parcel Orders<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For shipments containing multiple parcels, the system now generates a <strong>single PDF<\/strong> containing <strong>individual labels for each parcel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each label includes two barcodes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>One referencing the entire order<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One referencing the specific parcel This ensures precise parcel-level tracking, reduces errors during handling, and improves last-mile operational performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Cash on Delivery (COD) Support<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>COD can now be activated by Ameen operators within the <strong>Atlas<\/strong> panel for orders that require payment collection from the receiver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When COD is enabled:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The declared value of the goods must be entered in USD<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>4% service fee<\/strong> is automatically calculated and added to the customer invoice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Key notes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>COD currently supports <strong>single-currency (USD)<\/strong> with a flat rate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tiered pricing models will be introduced in future updates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After access-control upgrades, this feature will also become available in customer-facing panels<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Ledger Module with Account Balance Reporting<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A new Ledger module has been implemented to record system transactions in alignment with the platform\u2019s <strong>Chart of Accounts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers will be able to access <strong>detailed financial reports<\/strong>, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Complete transaction history<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Account-level balance summaries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear visibility into their financial standing within the platform<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Ledger is currently active in the <strong>development environment<\/strong> and will be deployed to production after final testing and data validation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":2969,"template":"","class_list":["post-2950","release-note","type-release-note","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/ameengo.com\/ar\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/release-note\/2950","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/ameengo.com\/ar\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/release-note"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/ameengo.com\/ar\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/release-note"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ameengo.com\/ar\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/2969"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/ameengo.com\/ar\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=2950"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
